I was relocating to Sacramento from the Bay Area, and needed to find a home from the distance for myself and my 4 cats. Manuel was extremely helpful and accommodating to my schedule, since I was driving from a distance to view properties. He has sound knowledge of homes and construction in general, and was able to point out things about the houses that I myself would have missed. He is very familiar with different neighborhoods in the Sacramento area. He did not pressure me in any direction with any of the properties, but listened to what I wanted and offered helpful advice and input based on my preferences.
