Manuel is by far the most professional real estate agent I have worked with.
Manuel managed our rental property in Naples for years because we live full time up north. During that process he handled everything and made it very easy for us. When it came time to sell our home Manuel was the only realtor, I would consider handling this transaction. Manuel did everything to get the property ready for sale including picking out new appliances, having minor issue repaired and painted. I literally didn't do anything. If I were to buy another property in Florida Manuel would be the ONLY realtor I would deal with. By far the most professional and knowledgeable realtor I have met.
