Manu did an amazing job selling our house in Jan 2022. Right from guidance about when to list the house, what upgrades to do or not do in the house before selling, getting ready for staging, open houses and negotiating final offer. She was collaborative and worked with us through the process taking our opinions into consideration and pivoting when we asked to. Her team - stagers, people who took pictures etc were all amazing. We first got in touch with Manu two years ago when we were looking at selling our current home then and buying a new one. She patiently explained us the process and came up with an estimate of what we could get with our old condo. Seeing that we cannot sell it for what we expect, she advised us to not get into home buying business immediately. Since then we have been in regular touch with her to check if it was the right time. Not once did she push us to get started but instead guided us to wait for the right time. Finally when the time came and we started looking for houses, Manu was always on top of everything. She literally walks the talk. From getting us the correct price to bid, getting us in touch with loan agent, tax consultant, getting us through the inspection report... She did everything. Each time she explained us the pros and cons about every house very honestly. It was a very good experience working with her. Buying our new house was just the tip of the iceberg. We faced more challenges while selling our condo and Manu handled it really well. Our initial buyer backed out, after which me and my husband both were tensed not knowing what to do further. Manu absorbed all the tension and came up with a new plan on further steps. She got us a very excellent offer. To say that she and her entire team is amazing would be an understatement. Right from cleaning team, staging , photography, videos, open house... Everything was perfect! We are so glad we went with a realtor like Manu who understands the needs of her clients and is there for them at every step.
