Manon was awesome! She has helped me on several occasions including both buying and selling homes. She is always extremely responsive and knows the market inside and out. She helped me get both of my purchases well under asking price and even managed to sell my home for above the sale price. She is a fierce negotiator and always incredibly professional. I could not have asked for a better realtor and will coninute to use her in the future just as both my parents have for the past 25 years!
