My husband and I searched for houses in Fremont/Union City/Newark area and we were unable to find a house that would fit our price range and location. I found Manny on Zillow and requested him to show one house and ended up seeing 15 houses in one weekend! With Manny's help, we recently purchased our beautiful home. Manny was quick and responsive. I would recommend Manny Chawla again to both buyers and sellers.

Manny was one of the shortlisted agents when we decided to put up our home for sale. He was very responsive to begin with, and had good insights to provide. After interviewing a couple of agents we decided to go with another agent who had already sold in the community. I let Manny know in a polite email. That said I was taken aback by his reply email, as well as aggressive posturing about "seeing how the other agent will be able to meet our price requirements", when we finally decided to pull our listing after 2 weeks since we had better rental options than selling options, he immediately sent us an email "saying how sorry he was that we could not sell, with our chosen agent" All in all although he is knowledgeable about the Fremont area, he came across someone who was petty, and lacked a customer focused attitude.
