I recently sold property with Manija. While it was vacant, the house has been broke into by squatters several times. She committed her work as a realestate agent and dealt with all those squatters involving police. It was truly not easy what she had done all way through and she did even beyond my expectations to help me out. I truly appreciate her professionalism and sincere manner for the house. Also after the settlement, she spoke up to the local council on behalf of me when I was in need of urgent help about the house. Thank you very much!

Manija was great from beginning to end. With a new build, things can be stressful, but Manija was there as a friend more than just an agent to make things easier. So I usually give my honest review about people that I work with and here is one for my former agent. Manijah was a customer friendly, responsive and dedicated agent who helped me to close the a HUD property after almost 3 months of hustling with seller side. Except couple of cases, she took care of all of my requests and get them completed on a timely manner. My overall experience was good with her and I do recommend her to other investors out in market.
