This was our second house to buy and sell with Mandy (3rd if you count the house my parents bought) and I would pick her again in a heartbeat. Luckily, we've found our forever home! So I'll have to vicariously live through future referrals ?? She's super available, always straight with you, and does her homework before giving her opinion. I would absolutely recommend her to everyone I know looking to buy and/or sell!

Mandy helped us buy, sell and close within 45 days during the holidays. I didn’t believe it possible but she pulled it off, including being under contract to sell in seven days. Negotiations and inspections went well and we were able to do both closings on the same day. We were under real time pressure and her execution was really smooth. I would definitely work with her again.
