Mandy truly listened to what we were looking for and was very thorough in her searches. When it came to me for inspection, she had an amazing set of inspectors who gave us a true understanding of the house and it's issues.

Mandy was all I could ask for and more! She was there every step of the way. As a first time homebuyer, and young woman, she made it her mission to find me my perfect home in a safe area. I'd show her home I'd be interested in and she would advise me that the area would not be great (especially since I am not from here!) Mandy was absolutely incredible! I was a first time home buyer and not from Atlanta. I wasn't 100% certain where I wanted to live, and Mandy helped me narrow it down. If I would send her a home I liked, she would make sure the area was safe for me as a young woman living alone. There were several properties that she explained she would not want me to live in. I really trust Many. Also, she was willing to travel anywhere to show me a home. She spent as much time as I needed in each home. I never felt pressured or rushed. Not only did she go above and beyond in the home search, once the home was selected, Mandy worked her butt off to negotiate with the seller's agent to get the best price possible for me. She found flaws on the home that the inspector did not find. Plus, before closing, she sent me some contacts as options for projects I wanted to do on my house. She gave numbers of people she has work on her own home and trusts. Every step of the way was a great experience with Mandy, I couldn't say enough great things about her. I highly recommend her!

I used Mandy for not only the sale of my last house, but the purchase of the next one, which was complicated and required a lot of attention. I traded UP from a small property to a large ranch that had a lot of complex components to the transaction from right of ways to riparian rights to multiple outbuildings and several utility meters. Complicated. She had a vast knowledge of the marketing and transactional side of the real estate closing. I've used other Agents before, but this is the last agent I'll even need. EXCELLENT service, accessible and knowledgeable. Best decision I ever made.
