Mandy is incredible. She's professional, honest, very knowledgeable about every area & neighborhood in NC, and overall fantastic at what she does. I had a family medical emergency and needed to purchase a home and close within just a few short weeks. Within a few days of contacting her, she fit us into her crazy schedule right away and we were able to not only view several properties but find the perfect one. She negotiated an amazing deal and we got more than we could've ever asked for without her. She went above and beyond not only with the home itself but connecting us to her wide network of vendors for fencing, water inspections, contractors, and more. I cannot recommend her enough.

She somehow managed to answer my questions any day, at any time, showing me she was there for me through it all.
