Very prompt in providing documents and papers for signing and being patient with me through process of several different houses. Made suggestions for getting help with builders and other contractors. However, the closing process did not go well as there seemed to be a mix up in reviewing the property one last time before signing. Realtor was late, sellers were not present so I felt like I had to proceed kind of blindly. Payment method was not communicated well which led to additional frustration. But, it all worked out in the end, just hoped for a little smoother process.
