Mandy and Melvin make a great team, they are extremely effective and easy going at the same time!!! Mandy has been beyond wonderful to work with during my Military move from Alaska to Colorado. I started looking for a place with her while out of state. She is always very responsive. She did an amazing job taking in everything during our FaceTime showings and was able to lock in on my vision for a home. Mandy showed me exactly what interested me based on price, location and other important details I shared. When I finally visited Colorado for a weekend we found a place within 2days, and made an offer. I credit Mandy and Melvin’s systematic approach in planning, scheduling and ability to shift showings in a moments notice when needed. During closing Mandy always stayed 10 steps ahead of the game, ensured all parties stayed on the timeline, resolving any potential delays before they occurred. Mandy has been so considerate even after closing, she ensured everything in my contract was fixed/repaired to standard and she had corrections made, cleaning done all while I was out of state she did additional walk-throughs and sent me videos. She removed so much of the stress I was expecting to fall in on, for buying while out of state. This was my 3rd time going through the process but first time out of state and Im super grateful I got to work with Mandy’s team!!!

Mandy worked hard getting our house sold. She provided professional cleaning and staging services to get the house prepared for sale. The photographer she provided took great pictures of our property which included arial drone video. She hosted multiple open houses. She was always there for us, night and day, including coming and taking care of things for us at the property if we couldn't be there ourselves. There were complications on the Buyer's side of the transaction which added some frustration to our side. Mandy's professionalism and experience helped us stay calm and patient throughout the process. I would highly recommend Mandy and her team of professionals to anyone who is considering selling their properties.
