Because of a tight schedule and moving from out of state, we found ourselves in a situation in which we had to buy our house sight unseen. On top of that, we’re first time home buyers. All of this lead to a seemingly daunting tast. Luckily our mortgage company referred us to Mandy Gulley. Mandy insured we were well informed and comfortable every step along the way. We relied heavily on her opinions and honesty while in the process of choosing our home. Once we finally saw our home, we were not disappointed.
