Selling a home while also trying to buy in such a competitive marketplace can be STRESSFUL. But Mandy put our nerves at ease with her friendly, inciteful and forthcoming (much appreciated) approach. When we hired Mandy as our agent - she did disclose that she had a planned family vacation out of the country. I was a little uneasy about this but she assured me that it wouldn't impact our business. What did Mandy do? She responded to my text messages and would call to check in on us during the wee hours of the morning; even the middle of the night (her time) - so that we could make these deals work for our family.
