Mandy is a HUSTLER. She worked with us on commission, and have more than she needed to. She went above and beyond, especially matching last minute showings with other sellers/realtors. Mandy showed us several homes focusing on my criteria, price, features etc. and didn't try to sell me over my budget. She was on top of the whole process ensuring everything needed for settlement was completed. Excellent communication throughout. She gave much needed advice on getting us into our home, utility hook up, insurance, etc. and went the extra mile getting our water turned on so we would have service when we moved in. Also did some minor repairs fixing a broken lock and a few other items. I highly recommend Mandy for your realtor needs
