Mandy is all about detail. She found a few open permits that she had the work finished by the respective companies. She sat in on a few meetings with future general contractors to give her opinion. She was the person that suggested that I place a back up offer! I was 3rd in line. I believe anyone else would not have suggested this. She showed me quite a few other homes. She helped with deposits and escrow. She had to repeat some of the information a few times. I was living in Cocoa Beach during the purchasing process. I needed a quiet home. I have acute hearing. She came over a few times with her husband to check out the noise levels at different times. She did many other jobs and activities also. Some I'll never know about. Because I was moving across state too, she waiting for my carpet cleaning person, twice!! Mandy asked the fellow staff members many questions for me. Such as; good plumber, general contractor... I always had multiple answers and helped my decision process. She always let me know who she was going to talk to or check with about any part of the process.
