The whole experience felt surreal. Here I was, searching a property on realtor.com, getting a standard telemarketing call from some lady requesting to set me me up with a buyer agent. I was hesitant to just get a random agent, but boy did I luck out! From the day we met, Manase has been nothing but patient, courteous, and professional. It's safe to say I probably pushed her outside of her comfort zone, dragging her all the way to the Ocala National Forest to see a rehab property for an all-in cash purchase. On that same day, we got the paperwork together and put an offer at the local library. From there, I've gotten nearly daily updates on every step of the process. She clearly told me what I need to do, and set a clean timeline of events leading up to closing day. Then, closing day came and everything kinda went cuckoo. The seller was out of state and was doing things the old fashioned way. Printing out documents, putting them though the regular mail, trusting the postal service to deliver it promptly to the title company, etc, etc. But this is where Manase really shined. Rather than just remain silent, she constantly kept me updated and checked in on what was going on. It truly felt like we were a team. While we did wind up closing a week later than anticipated, I was perfectly fine with it. Manase earned my trust and she pulled through! She put up with my sporadic work schedule, texted me as early at 7am, and as late as 9pm, and always was available. It never felt like I was bothering her. Her rate on my property purchase was 10% of the purchase price. This was pretty steep but I'm glad that the seller was able to take care of a portion of it. In my opinion, it is worth it. She knows the real estate world and isn't afraid to get on the phone and set people straight! I honestly can't imagine going though this transaction without her. Without a doubt, Manase is the ONE in Realty One!
