It is the third time we have to move and Mamdouh is the third and the best agent we have ever had. Not to mention how difficult it is to purchase a home in California, we found our place in less than two months and thanks to Mamdouh, we did not have to make an ridiculous offer to get the home. First of all, he did not push us to rush into making offers but patiently he spent the time taking us to see the homes we picked and let us understand the market and get to know the area. He will alway comment both pros and cons on the area and not let us miss factors that we need to consider. Once we are certain about the home, he helped us to make a reasonable offer and negotiated the terms. Once the offer was accepted, we went through the inspection and he is the first agent who spent a Saturday taking us to the home and went through the report with us term by term. The seller did want to close earlier than we expected but Mamdouh also helped us to negotiate the terms that benefit both us and the seller, which is very smart. The closing is also challenging due to the short time for the loan agent to prepare documents and Mamdouh certainly did a good job making sure that we closed on time and got the keys same day. Both me and my husband are very satisfied with his service. We will picked him again and we definitely recommend him!
