Mallory Mohr

Mallory was exceptional, professional, timely, and much more. Simply said, she is more than able to meet all of your expectations in what you want and need in an RE agent. She is resourceful, easy to work with, smart, knows the business,... She was able to negotiate the price down at a time when prices are going UP! She referred us to the best loan broker who worked to get us a fantastic rate as they were going up. And she gave us great referrals for the special work we wanted to be done before moving in. I know if buy OR sell again, we will make one call, to her, and move forward without looking back.

If you are looking for an agent who cares, truly cares, about you, your family, and what you need/want in a house, you should 100% call Mallory. I cannot recommend her highly enough—and I’m really particular. We met by chance when she was filling in for another agent at a home we looked at buying many years ago and we hit it off immediately. She understood exactly what I was looking for both aesthetically and practically and sent me only things she thought I’d really like. She helped us rent a home eventually— getting us in to see it within 3 hours of it being listed and helping to get our application in only hours later. We kept in touch and two years later, she helped us to buy our dream home. As I expected from our previous experience together, she was amazing every step of the way. She went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly — she even found us a place to stay when we had to move out of our home for a few days so it could be tented for termites. Everything was so much less stressful with her as our agent - she is knowledgeable, solutions-oriented, and frankly just gets things done. She also has an amazing eye for design so if you are looking for someone that can help with a “vision”, she is definitely the agent for you. Thank you Mallory!

We would highly recommend Mallory to anyone trying to find their new home. We were searching for a house in 4 specific neighborhoods of Aliso Viejo and there was absolutely nothing on the market. Mallory was able to find us an off market property that fit our criteria and we couldn’t be happier. She was always available to answer any questions, address concerns and made the whole process go as smooth as possible!

We were moving across the country in the middle of a pandemic and somehow this went easier then expected. Mallory took us through multiple properties via FaceTime, gave us her honest and unbiased opinion on them and made sure we picked a home that we would be satisfied with once we arrived and saw it in person for the first time. She went above and beyond every step of the way. Would 100% recommend her.

Mallory represented my husband and I during the sale of our condo and purchase of a new home. She was great to work with! Mallory really went above and beyond to make sure that we got top dollar for the sale of our condo all while finding us the new home of our dreams. Despite her living over 50 miles away from us, she was consistently present throughout the entire process of the sale and new purchase. We have now been in our new house for almost 5 months and couldn’t be happier!
