Mallory Jones

Looking back on this experience, I can honestly say, Mallory did an amazing job! Besides all the paperwork and advertising, he patiently walked us through every step of the process as we had not sold a house in years. From the very start, Mallory answered every question we asked, gave us a daily update and was available to take numerous calls. He set up the inspections and the contractor that did the repairs. He came to our home and completed a walk though with us offering suggestions on moving furniture around and actually staging our home better. He also provided us with information (and reminders) about transferring utilities. His suggestions were accurate and helpful. We listened to him and followed his lead. It definitely paid off. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. At closing, the buyer’s realtor and buyers were extremely complimentary of many different things about the presentation of our home. We wish we could have taken the credit; however, it was all Mallory. His knowledge of real estate and Central Georgia, as well as his professionalism and dedication to us, was evident and served us well.

Mallory helped me formulate a reasonable plan that led to a better than expected outcome. His years of experience are truly an asset.
