Our house wasn’t a bit of a mess (needed a new roof, had two leaks, discoloration, etc.) thanks to poor property management performance. Had we known the issues, we would have fixed them right away. We weren’t aware until an open house where it was pouring rain outside and inside the house! Still, Mallory did a great job and got our house sold fairly quickly and for a decent price. We lowered the price by $40k to get it sold! She was very proactive and communicative!
