Malka Asch is an outstanding real estate sales agent who was easy to communicate with, for me (a seller), for buyers' sales agents, and for the legal advisors on my team. She gave excellent advice from the start on comparable units for sale and helped a lot in setting a realistic price and expediting the sale. Malka has an exceptional knowledge of the Five Towns and the kinds of people likely to be moving out, downsizing, or moving into the area. As a seller's agent, she was very good at helping size up expressions of interest in the property and figuring out how and when to respond. The Five Towns is an unusual area, where a knowledge of local culture, customs, and holidays can be important factors for a sale. Malka put her knowledge of those areas to excellent use in providing a realistic schedule for sale, which she updated as we went through the whole process from listing to closing. Any real estate sale these days is likely to hit a few bumps -- often minor ones, occasionally bigger ones -- and Malka definitely has the experience and negotiating skills to help cushion those bumps and prevent them from derailing a sale. She seems to have a very good personal network in the real estate community, people she's worked with repeatedly over the years. This can be a major advantage for a seller or a buyer.
