Malissa and her teammate Toni were fantastic. They helped my husband and I find “our” home in a very difficult market and they did it from 1200 miles away. They were very attentive to our wants and needs, led us to areas we would not have thought of on our own, did FaceTime showings and were very diligent in checking out the tiniest of details on our behalf. They helped us negotiate a good deal on the house we fell in love with then they kept our finance people informed every step of the way. They set up inspection appointments and booked some estimates for us. They were available by phone no matter what day or time it was and answered (or found the answer to) every question we asked and we asked many. Overall, Malissa and Toni made a scary and frustrating home buying experience so much easier and allowed us to buy our home, site unseen, confidently. With them, I would do it again in a heartbeat. They were that good!

Malissa was super knowledgeable of the comps in our neighborhood and listed our house accordingly. She also gave us advice on staging our house, inside and outside areas. Malissa was very confident with the price our house was listed for, and adamant that we would sell our house for that price or higher. My family felt comfortable using Malissa as our agent and feel like we have a friend for life.

Malissa and Toni are exellent and professional real estate salesperson. I have purchased the idea property with their help and I am extremely happy. They are very patient and work very hard. I definitely will recommend them to my friends.
