Malissa was so great to work with! She really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly with selling our old house AND buying our new house. Malissa Duffy's personal knowledge of the area helped with the pricing and sale of the property. Her professional skill of selling a home in a difficult market was put to use as the property was staged and shown (personal appointments, open houses, etc.). Also, since I had no knowledge of the closing process Malissa Duffy answered all questions and worked closely with me.
