Malisa Miller Eakins is a seasoned real estate professional with more than two decades of experience spanning residential sales, brokerage leadership, and strategic growth. Licensed since 2004, she is well-versed in all facets of real estate, from complex negotiations and new-construction sales to agent development and market analytics.
As a respected "recovering broker manager" and industry advocate, Malisa is known for her steady leadership, collaborative approach, and ability to drive results while elevating the professionals around her. In recognition of her impact, she was named DMAR 2025 Broker Manager of the Year, an honor reflecting both performance excellence and service to the real estate community. She quickly retired from her Broker Manager role after receiving the award to focus on what she does best...helping people buy and sell real estate.
Malisa also brings a deeply personal perspective to her work through lived experience with a disability that is episodic in nature. During periods when symptoms are active, she may be seen using a cane or crutches. This experience has strengthened her empathy, adaptability, and commitment to accessibility, reinforcing her belief that leadership is not diminished by vulnerability—and that inclusive environments benefit everyone.
An avid volunteer, Malisa has done everything from coaching youth sports to heading up the PTA to pouring beer for tips for nonprofits. She has been a member of various committees at Denver Metro Association of REALTORS and has served 1 three year term as a Board Director. A 2023 graduate of the Colorado Association of REALTORs Leadership Academy, Malisa currently serves that organization as a State Political Coordinator for her local state Senator.
