Malinda Terreri is one of the most competent, hardworking, dedicated real estate agents that I have encountered since deciding to sell my investment properties in 2025. I used several other real estate agents prior to contacting Ms. Terreri and none came close to matching her enthusiastic, systematic approach to marketing my property. After being contacted by numerous so-called cash offers to buy as is, I quickly discovered that none of these “buyers” were going to give me a serious offer. They all wanted to low ball me.
