Malinda was chosen from the 'final' two that I had interviewed for the listing. She is down to earth, knowledgeable about the local real estate scene and easy to deal with. She was very responsive to all of our questions and issues no matter the time of day or the day of the week. We required that she be in attendance for all showings and she complied fully. Her choice of videographers was first rate. She, early on, presented us with her best estimate of a listing price range.
