Oh boy, this is not my forte but I’ll try. Malinda Koncar represents Birkshire Hathaway quite nicely. She is very kind, does her due diligence, takes time to answer questions and explains the answers if necessary. Works well will both sellers and buyers. She worked at selling my parents camp, getting far more than we thought we could get. Everything went smoothly. My family will most definitely call on her if ever we need to sell a home.
