The Dream Team selling in Paradise is very true of these two, they specialize in Cape Coral and know the area very well. Barry knows the construction end he was able to answer my questions about the roof/electrical/flooring etc etc and Malinda is amazing with her eye for detail, she spots all the fine details of homes and her computer skills are unmatched! Such warm friendly and helpful people, and they are NOT one bit pushy when you are in you buying or selling process.
