What a team they are! We sure loved working with them. Moving here from out of state, we could not have done it without them. They helped us eliminate possibilities by touring homes for us with FaceTime. Once we actually got into town, they took us to each house we wanted to see and they helped us think through the reality of each house so we were knowledgeable and could make the right choice. Barry was so helpful with the structural integrity, workings and mechanics and other “guy stuff“ about each house which was so needed, helpful and my hubby really appreciated. Malinda was great with pointing out realistic conditions and honest assessment of the neighborhoods and of the homes we toured. What the actual emotional reality of living in each house would look like. They took us to so many houses! And we were getting discouraged, they were encouraging and positive we would find our home. They hung in there with us! She was great with communication, paperwork and all the hundreds of other details that are part of the process. She really understood what we were going through to try to make the right choice. Loved the experience and now we have our wonderful beautiful home in paradise!
