How to begin, malee has been literally a life changer for me and my husband. We started our home buying journey in February with another agent but by may of 2021 things did not go well until we met Malee. We started with her in May and by June 28 2021 we recieved our keys to our new home. She made this process worry free, stress free and easy as can be. She made things happen very quickly and professionally while making us feel very comfortable.
Where do I even start... I first heard about Malee from my sister about two years ago. I contacted Malee around January 2021 to get an idea of how to start the homebuying process and she basically dumbed it down for me (I'm kinda slow and didn't know ANYTHING about homebuying). She made it SO CLEAR that I actually understood the steps I needed to take to get to that point. Then came March when I was finally ready to start putting in offers, Malee NEVER hesitated to book me a showing every time I wanted to see a home. That's what I loved about the whole process because she made it so easy to go see a home that I potentially wanted and she never made me feel bad about anything. I felt like I was being really picky and annoying at times but she never made me feel bad at all. She was always on my side as a buyer and always told me to stay positive so that we can see positive results. No doubt, Malee really does know how to win and maps it out for you, YOU just have to decide yourself if YOU want to do what it takes win the home you really want. When putting in offers, she was so fast to send me all of the documents I needed to sign. Another thing that makes her such an awesome realtor is her work ethic, efficiency, and speed. At work, I'm known for my speed so I felt like it paired REALLY WELL with Malee and her lender's (Ronica Bang-Land Home Financial Services) pace. I felt like we all tackled the everything together really well! Before I went to go see the home I got an accepted offer for, I asked Malee if the home was a longshot, like out of my range. But you know what, she was very positive and was like "Doesn't hurt to try!" and booked me a showing really quick to see it that day. She mapped out a plan for me to make a strong offer and guess what, we beat out 10 OFFERS! She's cool, amazing, and chill to work with. I super duper highly recommend Malee!!!!!
