Malcolm was amazing, he addressed my concerns immediately, regardless of how outrages they may have been. Extremely patient and hard working. I have no dought in my mind that he would go above and beyond to make sure your needs are meet within the time frame required. In my specific situation I needed the house under contract and sold in under 30 days, his efforts resulted in an offer within 4 days of putting on the market and closing in under 20 day.
