Malcolm Willis was the realtor to help My daughter with the purchase of her house. Since this was my daughter first house buying experience we needed a realtor who was knowledgeable, experienced, dependable, dedicated, and punctual with this process. Malcolm was indeed the one we needed. He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to this house purchasing process. Malcolm had houses already planned for us to view based on our price, desires,and specifications. He made the process stemless for my daughter and I. He always kept us informed about the processes that we needed to take. For example Malcolm would use a timeline process to keep us on track every step of the way to what action we needed to take and where we were in the process of completion. Promptness is the key to success, Malcolm kept us well informed and was available to answer any questions we had about the process.
