Malachi made my home buying process painless and a breeze. Malachi recommend PNC bank for my mortgage, I got approved instantly. However, I ended up going through my personal bank for my mortgage! Malachi was very knowledgeable and guided me every step of the way. We found a home and closed all within 6 weeks! Malachi went above and beyond for me, even after I closed. My dishwasher dishwasher delivery was pushed back twice. The dishwasher was originally supposed to been delivered the week before closing, unfortunately it came 2 weeks after me closing. I wasn’t available to be there the day of delivery due to my work schedule. Malachi took time out of his schedule to go and sit at my place during that 4 hour time frame window I was provided. I am forever grateful and appreciative for Malachi! He’s awesome, I will use him in the future and also refer to him others that are in the market to buy or sell!
