I am eternally grateful that Mala was my agent for the sale of a unique house located in a transitional Richmond neighborhood. I was so nervous about the sale b/c of the circumstances but Mala's keen knowledge, creative thinking, expansive professional network and access to excellent home services resources made all the difference. Using an off-market sale process to accommodate my special family members, Mala attracted multiple offers and I accepted a great one & was able to sell to ideal buyers who love the house and neighborhood. How could a sale go more perfectly? I rejected other agents b/c they were too high-pressure and money-driven - some people have more humane values and believe a home is very personal and can be life-changing. I know my choice was right b/c thru Mala's more humane approach, the sale price of my house set a new precedent for my neighborhood.
