COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT HER!

I contemplated trying to sell my house without a realtor. I talked with Makayla openly about this and she never once pushed me to list with her. She even offered me some tips and pointers if I decided to do it myself. THANK GOODNESS I DECIDED TO LIST WITH HER! After getting into the whole process I just kept saying to her, "there is no way I could have handled any of this myself!" She was on top of all aspects of communication at ALL hours of the day. You will never have a delay in communication with this woman! I should also note that this was my first time selling a home, so she did wonders putting up with my nerves, anxiety and lack of knowledge throughout the entire process. I could tell when we got the offer we wanted she was genuinely excited and happy for me. Makayla is so selfless and goes above and beyond for every little thing. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market trends and home values in Des Moines and all of the surrounding areas. Lastly I just want to comment on how extremely friendly and easy she is to get along with, while also always being professional. I will trust her as my realtor for every house going forward and would absolutely recommend her to friends, family, and anyone else who wants a top-tier realtor!
