I originally contacted someone else in the office and Maie called me back because the other realtor was not available. I was impressed with Maie immediately,she has an incredibley warm and friendly personality. The property I ended up purchasing was a foreclosure and not an easy one due to the bank and extra documentation. Maie was on top of things from the beginning. She worked with the closing attorney and kept me informed every step of the way. A few properties we looked at Maie was honest with me as soon as we arrived telling me she didn't think it was right for me. The last couple of realtors that I have dealt with didn't do that. I felt like they were more interested in making a sale rather than trying to find the right property for me. The property I purchased was an investment and I have already told Maie that I want her to list it when I am finished. I would highly recommend Maie if you are thinking of buying or selling a home.
