Maie made our first time selling a home go very smoothly! She was knowledgeable, helpful, readily available and always treated us with respect and kindness.

Maie was always in contact with us throughout the listing, showings, and sale within 12 days of listing. She also promptly sold the adjacent property and arranged the settlements back to back for us which was helpful since we were out of state. She made sure we knew about any changes and was quick to make adjustments for the changes we needed as well. She had a good rapport with the buyers agents. She gave us gifts at settlement and even followed up after settlement on a R.E. tax matter. We are happy to recommend her.

There are so many good things to share about Maie and our experience with selling our house. She made the process seem very easy - Which was a daunting task considering it was three sellers (Two of which were out of state) and so many emotions along the way. I especially appreciated her consistent communication to keep us informed on next steps and decisions that needed to be made quickly. I was nervous with our time-frame for deciding to list - But as soon as we made that decision, Maie was ready to roll with persistence and determination - And for that, I cannot thank her enough. I had SO MANY questions that I am sure she had to answer at least three times, but everytime, she was more than willing to help clear the haze and teach me something during the process. I truly feel like I know a lot more about Real Estate because of her. I mean - To summarize - We sold both our house and our land lot - And we closed back-to-back. Luck may have been on our side - But I know Maie was, and that's really how it happened.

We moved from Saco, ME to Harrison in 2018. In October of 2018 we moved to North Waterford. After being there for eight months we decided to sell. Maie was great she answered all my many questions ,got me a great price and a fast sale .She made me feal like she was on my side threw the hole process . Not only did she sell my land she helped me buy the new piece I wanted and she is great at negotiations . I originally contacted someone else in the office and Maie called me back because the other realtor was not available. I was impressed with Maie immediately,she has an incredibley warm and friendly personality. The property I ended up purchasing was a foreclosure and not an easy one due to the bank and extra documentation. Maie was on top of things from the beginning. She worked with the closing attorney and kept me informed every step of the way. A few properties we looked at Maie was honest with me as soon as we arrived telling me she didn't think it was right for me. The last couple of realtors that I have dealt with didn't do that. I felt like they were more interested in making a sale rather than trying to find the right property for me.
