We were dreading selling our home of 25 years as we remembered how much of a hassle it was buying our new home just last year and in buying that original home 25 years ago. Fortunately our dear next door neighbors used Mai to sell their home and they highly recommended her services. They were so right. Mai made the whole process flow so smoothly. She understands all the legal details and also understands what buyers are looking for in their new home. She has a wealth of professional associates at her fingertips (stagers, gardeners, cleaners, etc) that provide excellent services for reasonable costs. After she started showing our house in just one long weekend we had multiple offers. They were all above asking price and Mai had made sure they were all very well qualified buyers. We were able to quickly narrow it down to the correct buyer and as a bonus they are a lovely family. Then escrow started, well that went just as smoothly and with our extremely well qualified buyer we closed in 22 days.
