My real estate and relocation journey have brought me to the well-respected brand, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties as a Real Estate Broker Associate. I offer services to meet the challenges local families and transferees face when moving to a new community or selling their current homes. I understand how stressful moving can be and the importance of communication and providing the best customer service possible for a seamless transaction. Since I have lived in the Los Angeles Metropolitan area & Orange County, I understand the unique differences between those markets to help you navigate them. Why I enjoy working with relocation clients: At a young age, my parents decided to leave our homeland in the Middle East and we relocated to Europe. After living in three different countries, we finally settled in the US. I learned the challenges of moving with a big family from one country to the next. I realized how stressful the immigration process and obtaining a visa can be, but also the challenges that come with moving to a new country. These included a language barrier, adjusting to a new school, and making new friends. How my past has prepared me to sell real estate: I have past experience in working in a certified closing network as a Real Estate Closer. I was a Real Estate Equity Specialist/Real Estate Closer and an Asset Management Coordinator, so I am well versed in handling the complicated nature of a real estate transaction and closing. I am a member of Worldwide ERC and hold my Certified Relocation Professional and Global Mobility Specialist designations. My journey as an international expat, relocation consultant, real estate closer, and real estate agent exposed me to how challenging relocation is for a family and how complex a real estate transaction can be. I am here to make the process easier.
