We purchased and built our first home three years ago. We were recommended Jennifer Mahota and she was great! Fast forward, we used her again to sell our first house and purchase our second. She listens to detail and is quick to point out something we liked, but initially doesn’t fall into what we originally are looking to buy. For example, we initially started out looking for a ranch style home, and looked at a home that had a master on the 1st floor and three bedrooms upstairs. She quickly pointed out that it was not a ranch and questioned if we would feel comfortable with our 11 month old alone on the second floor. This tells me she is honest and not just wanting to sale you the first home you look at. Another thing about Jennifer is that she is very knowledgeable about code and laws. And if she unsure, she does her research and utilizes her resources. As for availability, she seems to never take a day off and is always open to showing houses. And she responds to email and text regularly. I don’t believe we had to wait more than two hours for a response (during regular hours, of course). I can not recommend this agency enough! Other than a great real estate agency, she is professional, funny, and treats you as to how she would like to be treated. We recently closed on our new home, and she negotiated enough that we got essentially 95% of everything we asked for (fence, French doors,etc.) that the builder was not considering doing. Jennifer Mahota and her real estate team exceeded my expectations. From the beginning, Jennifer provided an evaluation and proposed an asking price which was more than I expected. The staging team spent the time and extra effort to make sure the house was reading to showing. And, the office staff was always available and quick to respond to questions. Mahota Real Estate has a marketing plan which was a main reason for the success of the sale of my home. In fact, I was able to get an offer and through negotiation got my asking price for my home within 3 weeks of my listing. If you want to sale your home for top dollar in a short period of time, there is no team better than Mahota Real Estate.
The whole team was EXCEPTIONAL! While other houses in our neighborhood sat for months and months, ours sold in 6 days and we are confident it was due to this amazing team. Staging was fast and efficient. Photography was of the highest quality and paperwork was super simple and electronic. Great experience!

Jennifer and Steve were absolutely wonderful. They divided and conquered for our move with Jennifer handling our sale and Steve managing the purchase.
