We had a great experience with Mahan and would definitely work with him again. We didn't pick the best time to purchase a home since it was during the housing craze. Mahan was always available to help look at homes on short notice and set up appointments to view homes. We kept getting outbid and didn't think we find a home but Mahan kept us motivated and told us to be patient. I'm glad we listened to him as we finally found a home that we love. We are so happy we got the right home. Mahan was great through the paperwork process and was honest about everything. One great thing he did for was he included a home warranty in our closing which has helped out a lot.

My biggest concern with buying our first home was choosing an agent. Having little knowledge of the process, what to expect, and what questions to ask, Mahan was very supportive. There is nothing worse then hiring someone that isn't present, intuitive to your needs, and gives the experience that they are unavailable. Mahan was none of the above. He was knowledgeable, helpful, always VERY responsive day to day, always sending us the next weeks new listings, and always made himself available for calls at the drop of a hat. He would make sure we understood the step-by-step process from beginning to end. He brought us a great broker that worked hard for us during escrow and was very transparent about seller/agent negotiations. He made is feel very comfortable buying a home and was a joy to work with. I have heard horror stories, but ours first time buying a home was a dream.
