Magnus is a great agent - he allows you to set the pace of the buying process. Moreover, I always felt like he had our interests in mind, rather than just looking for a quick deal and fee. Magnus understands that treating his clients with care and respect pays off far more in the long run. Beyond his patience, he understands the process, will advise you on whether something you like will fare well if / when you decide to sell in the future, etc. I've already recommended Magnus to a couple of friends, and should I wish to move in the LA area in the future, I would use him for sure.
