Maggie helped us remodel the house and sold it for more money

My sister and I knew her house would net more money if we put some money into it but we didn’t know which things to do or where to start. Maggie was an absolutely perfect choice for our agent. She has flipped many homes herself on her own and was more than happy to share all she knew. She even had contacts with all of the contractors we needed. Throughout the process every bit of advice she offered was spot on. She really did know exactly what to do. We were hoping for $230K and actually got over $240K. There is nothing we can think of that Maggie could have done any better.
