Maggie and her team were incredible to work with. This was our second time using her to purchase a home. During these times I realized one thing that really stood out. Everyone knows how much stress is involved while moving. There are a million things to keep track of and worry about. Maggie does a great job by keeping most of those concerns and handles them before they become your own. Even when this recent process hit some roadblocks, Maggie took the issues and resolved them prior to notifying us about it. She kept us informed, but only after she troubleshooting beforehand. That in itself was the biggest blessing. We all know how many little issues pile up during the process of moving, and if you are fortunate enough to work with Maggie she will make sure that the least amount of those worries actual land on you. She is always polite and responsive and was even available during her entire week of pre planned vacation. She could have easily passed off her work load to others while out of office like most of us do. The dedication to her clients shows and is likely something you wouldn’t find in a larger firm. We would not hesitate to use her again.

Maggie Wells is an excellent Real Estate Agent. Recently she helped my wife, and I sell a home in Lexington KY we owned in for over 30 yrs. At the time of the sell, we had not lived in the house for about 4 years. We moved to Virginia and a granddaughter lived in the house while going to UK. Since we lived out-of-state, we needed an agent to assist us in ways that probably would not be necessary if living in the house. At our first meeting, Maggie made an excellent presentation about what she would provide and easily convinced us she was the person we wanted to work with. Before the meeting she obtained information about similar houses sold in the area so we could arrive at a reasonable selling price. She surveyed the house and commented on attributes and suggested ways to improve the house’s appearance. She suggested individuals who could paint, clean, repair and haul away items etc. She also contacted a photographer to take pictures of the house as well as prepare a virtual walk-through to promote the sale. Since we did not live in Lexington, she contacted the individuals and arranged for them to enter the house and then checked on completion. Maggie and I communicated frequently by text, email and telephone. Maggie is personable, knowledgeable and an experienced agent; I was extremely pleased working with her. I strongly recommend Maggie Wells as a real estate agent.

Maggie helped us so much in our interstate move with considerable time constraints on us. It wasn't the best time of year to be shopping for houses. Maggie patiently listened to our concerns and helped through two tough escrows that we left because of concerns after the inspections.
