I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Maggie Warmack! From the very beginning of our home-buying journey to closing day, Maggie went above and beyond for our family. Buying a home can be stressful, overwhelming, and full of unexpected bumps along the way, but Maggie was there through every single step. She was always responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of our questions—even when I’m sure we asked a million of them! 😂 What stood out the most was how much she genuinely cared about us, not just the sale. She took the time to understand what our family needed and wanted in a home, and she made us feel like we were her only clients. She kept us informed, helped us navigate the process, and worked so hard behind the scenes to make sure everything kept moving forward. There were definitely moments throughout the process that were stressful, but having Maggie by our side made such a huge difference. She was encouraging, reassuring, and always willing to jump in and help whenever something came up. And now we are officially homeowners! 🏡❤️ We absolutely love our new home, and we are so thankful Maggie was the person who helped make this dream a reality for our family. Maggie made every step seamlessly easy and took the burden of stress off finding and walking me through each step of the way, one step at a time! She is very knowledgeable and has perfected her craft. She will definitely not keep you waiting for a response if you call or text her. All I had to do is tell her what I was looking for and within a few minutes, she had at least 12 houses for me to sort through to see which ones I was interested in looking at! She willingly met me at any house I had the slightest interest in without hesitation! I was actually surprised with how Maggie handled my picky-ness and over thinking! She never once seemed to be bothered in even the slightest way. Instead she was very attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and walked me through what I liked and disliked about each house to help me make a better informed decision! Anytime I had a question or concern, she instantly would respond or answer my questions/concerns. Maggie taught me things I was unaware of when purchasing a house such as, how escrow, taxes, insurance, etc works. I never once felt pressured or concern I was making the wrong decision! Maggie even offered to find and appoint my home inspector or freely gave me the option to choose one on my own which was a huge accommodation due to me being too busy at work and not having the time to look for a reputable inspector! All in all, I would Highly recommend Maggie when purchasing your next home or for any realtor questions you may have! Thank you very much!!

I always felt that she had my best interest at the forefront of her efforts to sell our home and as a result of her dedication, our home did sell quickly.
