Maggie was a hole in one for me. I met with her back in February on a recommendation from a friend in the lending business. Maggie came in and set a game plan for us. Within the two months of planning I was busy with work and on a tight schedule. I could not have done this without her. She was timely, professional, available, wise, and a great negotiator.
