What a great experience. We sold the house to a couple of married real estate brokers, so naturally negotiations were intense. They buyers asked for a lot of repairs after inspection and Maggie made sure we did the work that made sense and pushed back on repairs the buyers needed to take care of. There was still a lot of work that needed to get done and Maggie coordinated all of the contractors for us. When we suggested we go to Colorado for a few days to take care of all the workers, Maggie said, "Not necessary, stay home, I'll take care of everything."
