Maggie, and Gwinn Realty was very good for us selling our home. It was a large home so it took a little longer to sell. Also, covid-19 came into play just as we listed our house. That made it impossible to show the house in the early stages of the virus. Once things opened up a bit, Maggie was showing our house often. Getting two offers on the same day, was very advantageous for us. She is sharp and knows the Real Estate business very well. She had an open-house for just realtors and then another one for the public. She works very hard and I know you will be pleased if you hire her.
