Maggie, and Gwinn Realty was very good for us selling our home. It was a large home so it took a little longer to sell. Also, covid-19 came into play just as we listed our house. That made it impossible to show the house in the early stages of the virus. Once things opened up a bit, Maggie was showing our house often. Getting two offers on the same day, was very advantageous for us. She is sharp and knows the Real Estate business very well.
