Maggie Marshall is one fantastic agent! Maggie helped me buy my new home and sell my old house this summer. She is a positive and patient person, taking time to understand what I wanted in a house (and it was a lot!), working with my schedule, and helping me narrow in on what was really important in a new place. She comes with a great skillset and local connections – she was an appraiser and brings a critical eye when looking at houses, and she hooked me up with good tradespeople when I needed them. I needed to sell my house as soon as I could after I was under contract to buy my new house, and she pushed to list my house quickly. She is fair, ethical, and a joy to work with.
